Privacy policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This is an English translation of our Política de privacidad. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the baitfin.com website, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It is governed by Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and, once in force, by Law No. 21,719.

1. Data controller

The controller is Argus Group SpA, tax ID (RUT) 78.453.369-7, with its address at Raúl Labbé 12613, Of. 231, Lo Barnechea, Santiago, Chile, which operates the service under the baitfin brand. For any privacy question you can write to [email protected].

2. What data we collect

Data you give us in the contact form: name, work email, company, job title, number of employees in your organization and any message you choose to write.

Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting and security providers automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and date and time of access. We use it only to operate, protect and maintain the site.

What we don't collect: the site's interactive phishing-detection exercise runs entirely in your browser and does not store or send your answers. We don't use advertising analytics tools and we don't sell personal data.

3. What we use your data for

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.

4. Who we share your data with

We only share data with providers that help us operate the site and our sales management, who process it on our behalf:

These providers may store or process data outside Chile, including in the United States. In those cases we require them to maintain adequate levels of protection. We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep form data while there is a business relationship or an ongoing commercial interest and, at most, for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. After that we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

As the data subject you can request at any time:

To exercise them, write to [email protected] with your name and your request. We will respond within the legal deadlines. If you believe we have not addressed your request, you can contact the competent personal data protection authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and protection against attacks. No system is completely infallible, but we work to reduce the risks.

8. Cookies

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our security provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic.

9. Data of participants in our services

This policy only covers the website. Data of our clients' employees who take part in simulations and training is processed under the contract and data processing agreement signed with each client.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are significant, we will highlight them on the site.
