Cybersecurity awareness, made human

Don't let your team take the bait.

Phishing simulations, cybersecurity training and human risk insights. All in one program designed to strengthen your organization's security.

  • Realistic simulations
  • Continuous training
  • Measurable results

The challenge

Attacks keep changing. Your team can keep learning.

Phishing and social engineering don't exploit technical flaws: they take advantage of people's trust, haste and curiosity. The good news is that those same people can become your best line of defense.

Email on a hook, messages and a phone call: social engineering channels

01

Suspicious emails look like legitimate ones

Copied logos, near-identical senders and urgent messages. Phishing is designed to slip through on a busy day.

02

One talk a year doesn't build habits

Spotting a threat is a skill. Like any skill, it grows stronger with frequent practice and real examples.

03

What isn't measured doesn't improve

Companies need to know whether their team is progressing, in which areas and where to reinforce. A one-off presentation isn't enough.

The solution

Everything your team needs to stay one step ahead.

A complete awareness program: practice, learn and measure, all in one place.

Phishing simulations

Prepare your people with controlled campaigns that recreate common threats.

Cybersecurity training

Turn security concepts into practical habits for everyday work.

Human risk measurement

Spot trends, track progress and find opportunities to improve.

Management and reporting

Get continuous visibility without overloading your IT team.

How it works

Learning to spot phishing has never been this simple.

Five steps, ongoing support. You set the goals; we take care of the rest.

  1. 01

We get to know your organization

We learn about your team's size, your goals and your training needs.

  2. 02

    We set up the program

We prepare participants, campaigns and the learning experience.

  3. 03

    We simulate threats

We run controlled phishing simulations in an environment authorized by your company.

  4. 04

    We train your team

We deliver awareness content and reinforcement at the right moment.

  5. 05

    We measure progress

We track participation, behaviors and program results.

Training

Cybersecurity is learned. And practiced.

baitfin isn't just simulations. Every campaign comes with short, practical content that helps your team turn what they learn into habits.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

What is a phishing simulation?

It's a test email, designed and sent in a controlled way and authorized by your company, that imitates techniques used in real attacks. Its goal is for employees to practice recognizing and reporting threats in a safe environment.

What kind of training does baitfin offer?

Short, practical cybersecurity awareness content, such as recognizing phishing, passwords and multi-factor authentication, social engineering and protecting information. The content plan is defined with each organization.

Do simulations disrupt company operations?

They're not designed to interrupt operations. Campaigns are planned with you, coordinated with your IT team and run in a controlled way.

What happens if someone interacts with a simulated email?

There are no technical consequences: the person sees an educational message explaining which signs they could have spotted. The focus is learning, not punishment.

Do we need to install any software?

Generally no software needs to be installed on employees' devices. Some settings in your email platform may be needed to ensure simulations are delivered correctly; we guide you through that process.

How is the team's progress measured?

Through metrics such as participation, interaction with simulations, reported emails and training progress, presented in regular reports.

Does baitfin help with ISO 27001 compliance?

Yes, for the part that concerns people. The program supports Annex A control 6.3 (awareness, education and training) and clauses 7.2, 7.3 and 9.1 of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and the monthly reports serve as evidence in audits. baitfin does not grant certification: that depends on your entire management system.

Does baitfin run the campaigns for us?

Yes. baitfin is a managed service: we handle setup, campaign execution, training administration and reporting, in coordination with your team.

How is employee information handled?

We only use the information needed to run the program and treat it confidentially. Data processing details are agreed with each client and described in our privacy policy.

How much does baitfin cost?

It mainly depends on the number of employees and the scope of the program. Let's talk and we'll send you a tailored proposal.
